Why do the times differ from my mosque’s?
Mosques and countries use different calculation methods. Choose your school and calculation method in Settings, and if your community sights the moon a day apart, use the Hijri date adjustment there too.
The alerts don’t sound on time on Android.
Android may hold alerts back to save battery. When Duha asks, allow alarms and reminders; you can also turn off battery optimisation for Duha in your phone’s settings.
Duha can’t find my location.
Allow location access for Duha in your phone’s settings, or choose your city by hand under Settings, Location. Duha works fully with a chosen city.
Fajr and Isha look odd in summer.
Far north or south, the sky may not get dark enough in summer for Fajr and Isha by the usual measure. Under Settings, Bright summer nights, choose how they are worked out.
My watch shows no times.
Open Duha on your phone once while the watch is nearby; it sends the watch two weeks of times, so the watch keeps working when the phone is away.
Can I share the month’s timetable?
Yes. Open the timetable and use the share button to send it as a picture.
